How Booking and Payment Work
Tours with hotel transfer: when you book, you make a prepayment equal to the price for one person, by card or cash. You pay the rest on the day of the tour.
Tours without transfer: if you come to the meeting point by your own car, you pay the full amount when you arrive, by cash or card.

Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes. We pick you up from hotels in Antalya, Lara, Kundu, Belek, Side, Manavgat, Alanya and Kemer. Transfer prices depend on your area, and your exact pickup time is confirmed the day before the tour.
How do I pay?
For tours with hotel transfer, you prepay the price for one person when booking and pay the rest on the tour day. If you come without transfer, you pay everything on arrival. Cash and card are both accepted.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time and get a full refund. If you join without hotel transfer, you can cancel on the tour day before the tour starts and receive a full refund the same day. See our cancellation and return conditions.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Many of our tours welcome children, especially boat trips, the Green Canyon tour and jeep safari. Age limits for activities such as rafting, diving and paragliding are listed on each tour page.
Which Antalya tour is best for families?
Families usually choose a boat trip such as the Suluada tour or the relax boat tour, the Green Canyon tour or a jeep safari.
What should I bring on a day tour?
Bring a swimsuit, towel, sun cream, a hat and some cash for drinks and photos. For rafting and canyon tours, also bring shoes that can get wet and a change of clothes.
