Zipline Safety;

Security is the main priority of our business. Our guides lead you equipped with the latest equipment. Safety procedures are rigorously reviewed before each zipline tour. Our zipline guides have received extensive training in safety techniques and procedures. All equipment and ropes are checked daily. Your guides will be ready to ensure your safety while you have fun. You can fly safely with two anchor points on each zipline. Zip ropes are equipped with a stopping system that supports the gravity braking system and are used by our guides. In this way, you can enjoy zipline hands-free and worry-free.

Necessary Clothing and Items;

• Comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes should be preferred.

• Clothes that will provide comfort in summer conditions should be preferred.

• It is recommended to gather your long hair into a ponytail.

• We kindly ask you not to bring backpacks.

• You can bring a camera with a wrist strap.

• Participation Conditions

• Participants of all ages are accepted.

• Riders must weigh a minimum of 70 lbs and a maximum of 270 lbs.

• All participants are required to wear the provided helmet. Personal ski or climbing helmets may be used, but bicycle helmets are not accepted and we reserve the right to refuse helmet selection.

• It is recommended to walk between the lines during the tour.

• There is a liability waiver that each participant must sign before participating in zipline. For participants under the age of 18, the signature of a parent or guardian is required.

• Conditions such as pregnancy, serious medical conditions or heart disease may not be suitable for zipline activities. It is recommended to consult your doctor for such situations.

Bookings and Groups

Reservations are not required, but are recommended. To make a reservation, you can call one of our contact numbers or fill out the online reservation form on our website. You will be contacted within 10 minutes. Our zipline tours are a great option for team building events, camping trips and other groups. We offer options suitable for groups of all sizes. Weather & Cancellation Policy

Antalya Adventures zipline tours can be performed in almost all weather conditions, but it is important to follow local weather forecasts and choose appropriate clothing. Rain or snow conditions will not cause cancellation of the reservation. However, we may postpone the tour in case of lightning, high winds or other safety risks. In such cases, you will be informed.

Cancellation Conditions;

In accordance with our 24-hour cancellation policy, no refund will be made for cancellations made up to 24 hours before your reservation. If you are not present at the event time or arrive late, no refund will be made and you will not be included in the group activity. In order for the event to run smoothly, it is important to be ready at the event area at the specified time.
